Follow-up to #167. Picks up AgentWorkforce/skills#147 and #150 in the vendored setup skills that render /signup/agent/teams. Rebuilt on current main.

PackageBeforeAfter
@agent-relay/setting-up-agent-relay-desktop1.1.71.1.9
@agent-relay/setting-up-agent-relay-sessions0.2.60.2.8
  • Desktop 1.1.9:
    • Sign-in poll is bounded: it stops after three unreadable status reads, and at once on signed_out/not_signed_in. Default interval is 5 s.
    • Shell-state note: variables don't persist between commands.
    • Fleet subscriptions use the installed CLI instead of npx. One find_relay_cli serves sections 2 and 6: user-level npm, then mise/nvm, then PATH, never the .deb launcher.
  • Sessions 0.2.8: the optional CLI checks run only for agent-relay 13.x, without clearing the CLI path the desktop skill uses. This was the Devin finding on this PR, fixed at the source in skills#150.
  • #167's kept-choice behaviour is unchanged.

Verification (local):

  • The vendored SKILL.md files are byte-identical to skills main.
  • npm run skills:generate; npm run verify:setup-skills passes (desktop@1.1.9, sessions@0.2.8).
  • prpm install --frozen-lockfile changes nothing.
  • web vitest: 44 files / 517 tests pass.

Overview
Bumps vendored Agent Relay setup skills used on /signup/agent/teams: @agent-relay/setting-up-agent-relay-desktop 1.1.7 → 1.1.9 and @agent-relay/setting-up-agent-relay-sessions 0.2.6 → 0.2.8, with matching prpm.lock entries.

Desktop 1.1.9 tightens agent-driven setup scripts: documents that shell variables do not persist across tool calls (re-run socket discovery; don’t re-send sign-in just to restore sign_in); adds a guard before status curl; bounds sign-in polling (fail fast on signed_out/not_signed_in, stop after three unreadable states, 5s default interval when sign_in is missing); centralizes CLI discovery in find_relay_cli (sections 2 and 6) so fleet GitHub subscribe prefers an installed user-level CLI over npx.

Sessions 0.2.8 runs optional preflight agent-relay CLI checks only for 13.x, while still keeping relay_cli set for the desktop skill’s own version handling.
