Picks up AgentWorkforce/skills#151 in the vendored setup skills that render /signup/agent/teams.

PackageBeforeAfter
@agent-relay/setting-up-agent-relay-desktop1.1.91.1.10

Text-only change: the socket guard's message now names an unset relay_socket or a missing socket file, and a comment notes that the following request is what proves the app answers (a crashed app can leave a stale socket file). This came from cubic reviews on #172 and skills#151.

Verification (local):

  • The vendored SKILL.md is byte-identical to skills main.
  • npm run skills:generate; npm run verify:setup-skills passes (desktop@1.1.10).
  • prpm install --frozen-lockfile changes nothing.
  • web vitest: 45 files / 524 tests pass.

Overview
Bumps the vendored setting-up-agent-relay-desktop setup skill from 1.1.9 to 1.1.10 and refreshes prpm.lock plus the generated web/lib/generated/setup-skills.ts so /signup/agent/teams and related flows serve the updated skill text.

The substantive skill change is in the pre-install socket check: comments clarify that test -S only confirms a socket file exists while the following curl to /setup/status is what proves Desktop is actually responding (a crash can leave a stale socket). The guard error message now distinguishes an unset relay_socket from a path that is not a socket file and prints the value for debugging.
