fix(release): use supported macOS runner
Outcome
Move the native Darwin release job from macos-14 to macos-15 after GitHub stopped accepting the organization runner configuration behind the old label.
The authorized v2.0.64 publish attempt at merged GitLab readiness head 9fe3a1c7 could not publish because the Darwin job was cancelled before allocation:
The configuration 'macos-14-arm64-us-default' is not supported
The release needs both Linux and Darwin artifacts, so run 42149669827 was cancelled once this terminal failure was confirmed. macos-15 remains Apple Silicon and preserves the existing aarch64-apple-darwin build contract.
