#38 fix(release): parse only top-level chart metadata in release-agent-relay.yml

The first agent-relay-0.3.1 tag run (https://github.com/AgentWorkforce/helm-charts/actions/runs/41709177945) failed at "Validate release tag and commit" with Expected chart name agent-relay, got relaycast. Helm 4's helm show chart lists dependencies: (with indented name: keys) before the top-level name:, and awk '$1 == "name:"' matched the first dependency. This anchors the three lookups and the two packaged-metadata checks to top-level keys (/^name:/, /^version:/, /^type:/).

Verified locally with Helm 4.1.1: agent-relay, 0.3.1, application (the old expression prints relaycast). Nothing was published by the failed run. After merge the release lane re-points agent-relay-0.3.1 at the merge commit; the chart content is identical to 6967fb4.
