What does this PR do?

People who already use Claude Code or Codex have no way to learn from inside altimate that a plugin exists to hand dbt and warehouse work to it.

  • Adds two tips to the home ā— Tip line, in both the first-run pool and the regular pool:
    • Claude Code: claude plugin install altimate-code
    • Codex: codex plugin marketplace add AltimateAI/altimate-codex-plugin, then install Altimate Code from /plugins (Codex has no one-line plugin install, so the tip gives both steps, matching the Codex plugin README).
  • README: a short "Use it from Claude Code or Codex" section at the end of Install, with the same commands, a note that the plugins run the CLI but do not install it, and links to the Claude Code guide and the Codex plugin README.

Tips are still picked at random, so nothing else on the home screen changes.

How did you verify your code works?

  • bun test test/feature-plugins/home-onboarding.test.tsx in packages/tui: 4 pass. New tests render the Tip line with the random pick pinned to each plugin tip and assert the install command appears.
  • bun run typecheck in packages/tui: clean.
  • Ran the real TUI (bun --conditions=browser src/index.ts <project>) before (main) and after this branch with the tip pick pinned to the same slot, and captured the home screen.
