Add Cutler to Tools
Adds a Tools entry for Cutler (docs/_includes/tools/cutler.md) and four images in docs/static/: a Final Cut Pro library after Cutler, Cutler's cut page, Cutler's panel inside the Claude app, and a thumbnail linking to the 90-second overview on YouTube. The clip thumbnails in the Final Cut screenshot are blurred because it's family footage.
Disclosure: I'm the developer. Cutler is a Mac app that lets Claude or ChatGPT do the first pass of an edit (sync, logging, selects, a first cut with a reason for every clip) and hands Final Cut Pro a standard FCPXML project that links to the original media. It's code-signed and notarized.
