Fixes SUPER-3088.

Problem

On first launch macOS showed the Local Network and notification prompts before sign-in, with no context.

Change

  • Boot no longer calls the notification registration, Apple Events probe, or local-network probe.
  • New permissions.requestPostOnboardingAccess mutation runs all three.
  • PostOnboardingPermissions calls it from the authenticated layout once onboardedAt is set.

Verification

  • biome clean on touched files. Not run: signed build on the VM rig to confirm no prompt before onboarding. tsc has pre-existing route-tree errors from a stale generated file; none in touched code.

Summary by cubic

Fixes macOS showing Local Network, notification, and Apple Events permission prompts at first launch before sign-in. These prompts now appear only after the user completes onboarding.

  • Boot no longer registers with the Notification Center or probes Apple Events and local-network access.
  • A new requestPostOnboardingAccess mutation runs all three, triggered from the authenticated layout once onboardedAt is set.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • After onboarding, the app requests access to Apple Events and the local network.
    • On macOS, the app registers with Notification Center by briefly displaying and closing a silent notification.
