fix(apps): fall back to app user for null upload user
MR

Proposed changes
IUploadDescriptor.user is nullable. When it was explicitly null, uploadBuffer treated the property as present and skipped fetching the app user, passing an undefined userId into the upload bridge. It now fetches the app user when there is no user and no visitor token. Added a regression test for the nullable descriptor case.
Reference
Follow-up 6 in ADR 0001.
Validation
- Added regression coverage for
user: null. - Upload user-selection assertions and
git diff --checkpass. - The package test runner could not run because Node.js/Yarn are unavailable in this environment.
Summary by CodeRabbit
- Bug Fixes
- Uploads now use the app user when no user is specified, including when the upload descriptor’s user is null.
