- Preserve registered workbench subtypes during transport and single-object imports while checking format support using the CTS base type.
- Resolve exact registered subtypes before the base type, including Include and legacy Include identifiers, and recognize subtype-only registrations.

- Preserve subtype metadata and generated source contents during reverse mapping and source handoff.
