About the project
Disclosure: I'm the author.
sheetsmith generates styled XLSX reports from annotated POJOs and records, on top of Apache POI.
Compared to the existing entries in the Spreadsheet section, it focuses on the writing side for reporting use cases:
- declarative styling (header, rows, zebra stripes, first/last row and column) and built-in table presets
- shared styles across sheets, to keep reports consistent with a company look
- fail-fast validation of the annotations at application startup
- a Spring Boot 4 starter with auto-configuration, plus a framework-agnostic core module
