Adds Keploy (https://github.com/keploy/keploy), an open-source tool that records real API traffic and turns it into test cases, with dependency mocks for databases, queues and third-party APIs. It needs no code changes and runs in CI. Java is supported as a first-class integration through Keploy's Java SDK (https://github.com/keploy/java-sdk).
