#1013 Stamp v0.24.3

Version stamp for v0.24.3: nix/package.nix and both plugin manifests. go.mod and go.sum are unchanged since v0.24.2, so the vendorHash stays. The release script's Nix build in Docker verifies it again before tagging.

Release contents: #1011. On Linux, a keyring probe that times out under load no longer makes a stored credential read as "not logged in", and writes after a timeout never fall back to plaintext.

Why a patch release: #1011 is a fix. It adds no command, flag or environment variable.
