docs: remove owner-specific wording from public guidance
Public guidance no longer names one maintainer's machine, lock or private helper, and AGENTS.md no longer presents House Rules as the maintainer's own rules.
- Optional rule set. The "Personal rules" paragraph in AGENTS.md now calls House Rules an optional, portable rule set that works well with this repository. It says this file adds to such rules and wins for the repository's commands, branches and checks.
- Scratch off
/tmp, stated once. AGENTS.md keeps one short line (scratch, corpora andVACUUM INTOsnapshots stay off/tmp;~/cg-scratch/is the convention). The build-validation skill and the worker brief now point at it, and the out-of-memory story is gone. - Step times. The measured-times note says the numbers come from one development machine and will differ elsewhere. It no longer names the WSL host or its lock.
- Deploy gate. The row no longer cites
codegraph-fork-sync merge, a command that is not in this repository. It states the safeguard directly (build, kernel, suite and source probes must pass before a build is promoted) and marks the helper that runs them as maintainer-local. - Section heading. "House rules" in AGENTS.md is now "Repository rules", and the bullet list under it is no longer split by a blank line. The two prose references to the old name (
CLAUDE.mdanddocs/design/telemetry.md) were updated; nothing linked to the old anchor.
No code, retrieval, kernel or release behavior changes. Branch roles, the golden-dump and precision guards, the retrieval-performance rules and the no-fork-release rule are untouched.
Checks: npm run check:agent-docs passes (AGENTS.md is 13,391 of 32,768 bytes). README.md and site/src/content/docs/ contain none of the changed wording; README "About this fork" rows checked: none affected.
Related: #367 added the original House Rules link; no open pull request overlaps.
