docs(coverage): name the deletion-only edit in the CRAP gate's wording
Summary
Takes the optional wording the review on #3501 offered: CONTRIBUTING now names a deletion-only edit explicitly, so the exemption need not be inferred from "Adding lines is what charges a function". Part of #3414.
One deliberate difference from the suggested sentence. "Mixed edits are charged at the post-deletion score" holds when added lines land inside the function, but it is not the whole rule: run.test.ts's lines added below a debt function do not charge it, though the diff also deleted one inside proves a mixed edit stays uncharged when the additions sit outside that span. So the sentence charges a mixed edit only where an added line reaches inside, which is what the two tests pin; the terser form would promise a narrower exemption than the gate gives.
Validation
- Wording only, +6/−5 in one paragraph, no code touched.
check:affected --base origin/main --rungreen under the gate lock, rebased on6083b1d03. - No CI here, by the workflow's own rule:
ci.ymlpath-ignoresCONTRIBUTING.md, so a docs-only PR triggers no CI run and no Coverage lane. The local gate above is the whole verification, which is why it was run rather than skipped. Flagging it so an empty check list is not read as a missing run. - Wording checked against the merged tests, not the prose. Re-wrapped at house width; no added line exceeds it.
