Summary

Replaces website/ (Rspress) with an Astro + Starlight site in the Callstack product look (product-web-design), so agent-device.dev serves the landing page and the docs together. agent-device.dev will redirect here once Vercel points at this repo.

  • Home page positioned around verifying and shipping with coding agents; /showcase lists 16 adopters, each with a public source.
  • /cloud, /templates, /contact (same HubSpot form), /llms.txt and /.well-known/mcp.json carry over from the old landing site.
  • Docs stay in website/docs/docs/*.md, so the doc guards still read them. Links move to agent-device.dev.
  • GitHub Pages deploy/preview workflows are removed (Vercel previews instead); their command-docs gate moves into docs.yml.

133 files; about 7k lines are the vendored site template and 2.8k the lockfile, which is why this exceeds the size guideline.

Follow-ups: Vercel project root website/, redirects from oss.callstack.com/agent-device, social card and Lighthouse pass, DESIGN.md.

Validation

At 26d37c3: check:affected --run --head passes format, lint, typecheck, layering, di-seams, fallow, mcp-metadata, build and package. integration-node fails one test, "web shutdown cleanup reaps the exact daemon…", which fails the same way on main locally.

Also passing: check:doc-links, check:doc-prose, check:capabilities-matrix, check:command-docs, check:gate-manifest and its tests, astro check. Pages checked at 1440/390 px. Docs-only and site changes; no runtime code changed. packages/daemon now declares the root's @types/node, so the site's dependencies don't give its tests a second vitest instance (this broke the concurrency-torture gate in CI; it passes locally now).
