#4069 feat(docs): add interactive dependency graph

Summary

Add an interactive maintainer dependency graph at /depgraph/. The public page is marked noindex and is not linked from the docs sidebar. Search, pan, filter, and inspect directed dependencies and workspace package entry points. Each website build regenerates graph data from its source commit.

The viewer follows the site's default dark style. The graph producer owns entry mappings and summaries and shares the value graph across entry analyses. Package export resolution also handles string and require-only exports. This changes 30 files across the viewer, site build, tests, and tooling; no issue is linked.

Validation

Head: 63a7566198cd46febd7948070aff1ef1ee3be7df.

• pnpm check:affected --run --head 63a7566198cd46febd7948070aff1ef1ee3be7df passed in a clean checkout with exactCommit=true and checkoutChanged=false.
• Browser checks at 1280px and 390px verified graph loading, 673 connections, noindex, and shortcut behavior with buttons, checkboxes and search focused.
• Independent reviews found no concrete regressions; cycle components no longer imply clickable paths. The refactored analyzer produced identical entry and dominator summaries to the previous head.
• The viewer stays dark when docs use light mode. The deploy requires repository tooling; graph-build failures report the failing step. Coverage, integration, native and device lanes remain GitHub-authoritative.
