docs(daemon-client): correct detached probe error rationale

Summary

Remove the stale claim that readDaemonInfo accepts every positive integer port. The decoder now enforces port bounds. Keep the explanation that the detached health-probe leg must catch transport-construction errors and settle the probe.

One file changes (+1/−3); runtime code and public APIs are unchanged. This completes the remaining review note on merged #4101: https://github.com/callstack/agent-device/pull/4101#issuecomment-6541692779.

Validation

Tested head: 5ae0b05e5c81b21109dbe621efc80812a3e29d6b, based on 04421fcc74.

  • Full-repository pnpm format passed.
  • pnpm check:affected --run --base origin/main --head HEAD passed (run-pIdMOm, exact unchanged commit): 8 runnable checks passed; 7 checks remain with their declared owners. Unit result: 16,738 passed, one skipped.
  • OXC program ASTs are identical to the parent after excluding comments and locations. No prose test was added.
  • No device-facing behavior changes; no device run is required. Fresh GitHub checks and configured reviews remain pending.
