#4325 docs: slim Apple platform consolidation ADR

Summary

Slim ADR 0009 to its Apple family decision and remove stale implementation paths. One file; no scope expansion. Part of #4205.

Migration ledger

• Status and amendment: kept; ADR 0019 owns the package and runtime seam.
• Rules, decision, and consequences: kept the family, leaf, public projection, supported deployment, and deferred QA constraints. Implementation inventory and file map removed.
• Context and alternatives: kept rationale and rejected choices; removed historical counts and file locations.
• Implementation status: kept the support boundary and watchOS exclusions; removed completed rollout history. No contracts moved; the ADR remains their named owner.

Wording drift

The core and OS leaves now name the Apple platform package rather than directories; their separation is unchanged. The supported-deployment check names the same watchOS refusal without a function name. The visionOS support and public-command limits retain their original scope. No modality change is intended.

Validation

Head: 92129f2e2cea00a8d5c3ae8a5bc36015684b6526. Install, build, format, docs-prose, docs-links, and agent-guidance passed. Affected checks selected zero and passed with exactCommit=true, checkoutChanged=false (receipt .tmp/validation/run-Cbp6lC/receipt.json). Runtime tests do not apply to this docs-only change. Hosted CI and the coordinator's independent sentence review remain pending.
