#4326 docs: slim screen recording proposal

Summary

Remove stale paths and historical inventories from the screen-recording proposal while preserving its proposed status. One file; no scope expansion. Part of #4205.

Size: 34,197 → 30,604 bytes. Stale citations: 3 → 0. No contracts moved. The proposed platform stop, disposition, admission, recovery, rollout and test contracts remain in the ADR because moving proposed behavior into current owner docs would misstate its status. This leaves the record above the 8 KB target.

Wording drift

The context retains the ADR 0019 contract and describes the failed-finish cleanup risk while noting that screen recording now preserves retry material. Apple simulator reattachment can restore an export through an active handle; HarmonyOS and web remain unreattachable. The diagram is restated as coordinator ownership and preserves the manifest, backend, finalizer and incomplete-start marker boundaries. Full owner paths restore the original references. The end-state sentence retains the R16 condition for a later transport ADR. The proposal remains Proposed.
