The author-verification workflow fails the ai-instructions-size-bounds policy, because CLAUDE.md has more than 200 lines. The policy comes from the ai-config-policies group in the contract of this workflow.
This change removes the ai-config-policies group from the contract. The source-commit policy and the slsa-checks group stay.
