fix(langchain-data-analysis): widen the daytona dependency to >=0.194.0,<1.0.0

Closes #80

daytona = "^0.194.0" is Poetry's caret on a 0.x version, i.e. >=0.194.0,<0.195.0, so the package can't be installed next to any current SDK (0.226.1 today). This widens it to >=0.194.0,<1.0.0. The <1.0.0 bound keeps out the upcoming 2.0 line (currently alpha on PyPI) until it's been tested.

Verified locally:

  • Live integration suite passes against daytona 0.226.1 (10/10). The 0.194.0 lower bound is what main already pins and tests against.
  • The issue's repro, uv pip install "daytona==0.226.1" "langchain-daytona-data-analysis==0.2.0", is unsatisfiable. With this branch, both daytona==0.226.1 and daytona==0.194.0 resolve.
  • The built wheel declares Requires-Dist: daytona (>=0.194.0,<1.0.0).
