Stop syncing the CLI skills into the Cursor plugin

Removes .github/workflows/sync-skills.yml, which copied skills/ into firecrawl/firecrawl-cursor-plugin and merged the result on every skill change.

The Cursor plugin now ships its own skills for the hosted MCP server, so the copy would overwrite them. sync-plugin.yml (the Claude plugin sync) is unchanged and still uses the FIRECRAWL_SKILLS_SYNC secret.
