#318 feat(skills): improve documentation research and workflow setup

Why

Official documentation questions should receive version-aware guidance through the existing developer-index skill. The CLI also needs to recognize the two new workflow skills when users install them through init or setup.

Summary

• Enhance firecrawl-developer-index with an on-demand official-documentation reference covering direct URLs, developer search, public-source fallbacks, API contracts and version checks. Distinguish merged fixes from released behavior.
• Register firecrawl-job-postings and firecrawl-fantasy-sports in the existing workflow selection. The selection contains 18 workflows, including the enhanced lead and design skills.
• Cover installing new and existing workflows by name and installing only the workflows selected during interactive init.

Depends on firecrawl/firecrawl-workflows#9 and its existing sync into the firecrawl/skills catalog. The two new workflow names must be available in the catalog before this CLI change is released.

Test Plan

• pnpm run build
• pnpm run type-check
• pnpm run format:check
• pnpm test: 38 files and 689 tests passed with Firecrawl credentials removed from the test process environment.
• Verify exact parity between the CLI selection and all 18 workflow source skills, and install the complete workflow set into an isolated project.
• Individually install the developer-index, lead-generation, lead-research and website-design skills to verify their bundled references.
• Exercise 16 documented command templates through the built CLI against a local HTTP fixture, including discovery, contract inspection, execution, fresh captures, developer search and screenshot JSON output.

Live person enrichment was not executed; provider execution transport was checked against fixture responses.
