docs: point team skill delete and re-enable to the dashboard
update-skill help said there is no delete. That sent agents looking for a destructive command that the CLI and API key path do not have.
Exchange only exposes DELETE /v1/team-skills/:slug to the Firecrawl dashboard. The command description now says a team skill can be deleted, or a turned-off skill turned back on, only by a team admin in the Firecrawl dashboard. No skills dashboard path is defined in this repo, so the help does not invent one.
create-skill and read-skill are unchanged; the note does not belong on those commands. Version is unchanged.
The skills help check in alexandria-beta.test.ts asserts the new sentence.
