Rename replication submission page from FReD to FLoRA

Summary

Submitted replications now go into FLoRA, and the Replication Hub page already calls the form the "FLoRA Submission Form". The submit page title and menu item still said FReD, though. This PR changes both:

  • content/replication-hub/submit/index.md: page title "Submit a Replication to FReD" becomes "Submit a Replication to FLoRA"
  • config/_default/menus.toml: menu item "Submit a replication to FReD" becomes "Submit a replication to FLoRA"

Not changed

  • Links to the FReD Explorer and the FReD R package. These are still FReD tools.
  • The body of the submit page, which only mentions replication studies. Whether it should invite reproductions as well depends on what the embedded Google Form accepts. That needs a human to check.
