fix(component): extend message pages to the order boundary

Fixes https://github.com/get-convex/agent/issues/193.
Completes the oldest order inside listMessagesByThreadId so the continue cursor never splits a UI message. Same mechanism search.ts already used for context assembly; search.ts drops its copy. completeOrders: false opts out.
