Add scripts/sync_docs.py to regenerate README 'Currently active' and roadmap.md plugin count from manifest.json (--check for CI, --write to apply). Add sync-docs.yml workflow that auto-applies on PR push. Add --check step to repo-safety.yml.
Summary by cubic
Automates syncing the README "Currently active" section and the roadmap plugin count from manifest.json so docs can't drift when plugins are added or removed.
scripts/sync_docs.pyapplies changes with--writeand verifies them with--checkfor CI.- Shared manifest helpers moved into
scripts/_manifest_helpers.pyso the two CI checks can't disagree about what "in sync" means. - The auto-commit workflow was dropped because GitHub returns a 403 on push; only the
--checkgate remains. - Bumps
actions/setup-pythonto v6.3.0 in the workflows that run the checks.
