Publish reconciled usage and social scrape contract references
Refresh the retained Mintlify copy from the maintained Marketing usage/social contract corrections: opaque timestamp/ID pagination, microsecond precision, nullable usage fields, cost/ID tie ordering and accurate per-profile scrape pricing with debits for started runs.
SOURCE-PROVENANCE.json pins Marketing review commit a45046d8 and hashes all 231 maintained files. The publication checker verifies every copy and navigation against that source. Refresh the pin to the actual Marketing merge during the coordinated release. Host settings are preserved; Mintlify routing/cutover repair remains deferred.
Depends on recoupable/api#1033 and recoupable/marketing#153. Tracks recoupable/mono#345 and recoupable/mono#346. Publication/readback is an acceptance gate after release; preparation alone does not close either ticket.
