Reverts the rule from #213 that told every agent to add a Co-Authored-By trailer. Squash merges were collecting model and agent names (OpenCode, MiniMax, DeepSeek, kamino*) as co-authors.

  • commit-push command/rule, commit-lint and pr-create skills now forbid Co-Authored-By trailers
