fix(opencode): select remote CLIProxy provider

Summary

  • select the existing shunkakinoki remote CLIProxy provider for OpenCode model and small-model defaults
  • declare the selected DeepSeek model in the remote provider catalog
  • preserve the cliproxyapi local provider and its http://localhost:8317/v1 base URL

Verification

  • regenerated hydrated configs with scripts/llm-update.sh
  • verified selected model keys exist in the remote provider catalog
  • git diff --check
