• feat(autofill): autofill api keys for tools once they are set once
• added setting to settings for envvar autofill, removed from agent block since it depends on the model selected
• add in api key autofill for agent blocks based on existing model provider mapping
• add tooltips for general settings

Description

Added a setting to autofill API keys if there are any available. For the agent block, we intelligently select the API key based on the model provider for the selected model.

Type of change

Please delete options that are not relevant.

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

Ran through many scenarios locally and ensured that if we don't have an API key for that tool or block (or if the setting is disabled), we don't fill in any value.
