#9203 feat(excel): expand workbook operations and align Graph contracts

Summary

• Expand Excel from 7 to 24 block operations with worksheet/table discovery and updates, table row management, sessions, and calculation.
• Align existing tools with Microsoft Graph: expose formulas and range metadata, correct write requests, preserve existing outputs, and bound follow-up reads.
• Preserve configured and model-supplied agent inputs, fix SharePoint browsing scopes, regenerate tool metadata and docs, and migrate renamed/unsupported controls.

Testing

Validated all Excel tools and block wiring against Microsoft Graph v1.0 documentation. Local lint, all-workspace type-check, 60 audits, and block-registry checks pass. Added provider execution regressions for canonical range/table targets and explicit false header flags. Both CI unit-test shards pass, including all 151 provider execution cases. Tests run in CI only. No live workbook mutations were performed.
