Bump detail-cli from 0.2.11 to 0.2.12 in Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock. Merging triggers a fresh release with the macOS 15 Apple Silicon runner from #342, following the macOS 14 brownout that blocked v0.2.11.
Validation: cargo check, cargo fmt --check, and git diff --check passed. cargo-dist 0.30.3 plan selects v0.2.12 and macos-15 for aarch64-apple-darwin.
