The TalkCRM product roadmap outlines the strategic evolution from a voice-first CRM tool into a comprehensive sales productivity platform. The guiding vision is to create "The Complete SDR Cockpit," an AI-powered system that handles dialing, coaching, and CRM updates automatically. This strategy aims to combine the unique value of voice-based CRM interaction with the high-volume capabilities of sales dialers.
The roadmap is structured in five distinct phases, starting with the foundational voice CRM functionality and progressively adding dialing, intelligence, team collaboration, and enterprise-grade features. This phased approach allows the project to first establish a unique market position before expanding its feature set to compete with established players in the sales engagement space.

Current Architecture
The foundational architecture relies on a combination of Twilio for telephony, ElevenLabs for conversational AI, Convex for the backend, and a React frontend.
This diagram shows how a user's voice command flows from their phone through Twilio and ElevenLabs to the Convex backend, which then interacts with Salesforce and updates the dashboard in real-time.
