The GeNCorE Command Center (claude-remote-control) is designed as a specialized AI Agent Command Center, providing a centralized web interface to manage and orchestrate various AI agents including GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Codex. The primary vision is to bridge the gap between human operators and automated AI agents by offering a mobile-optimized, secure platform for task delegation, status monitoring, and code review management across the GentelmeN-CorE ecosystem.

System Objectives & Core Capabilities
The roadmap focuses on three functional pillars: real-time monitoring via a Dashboard, task management through an Issue-based system, and streamlined Pull Request (PR) automation. The architecture leverages the GitHub REST API to interact with repositories, allowing the Command Center to act as a remote control for agent-driven development workflows.
Operational Pillars
| Pillar | Focus Area | Primary Components |
|---|---|---|
| Monitoring | Real-time status of AI agents and PRs | app/page.tsx, components/AgentCard.tsx |
| Delegation | Creating tasks via GitHub Issues | app/task/page.tsx, app/api/task/route.ts |
| Governance | Reviewing, approving, and merging code | app/review/page.tsx, app/api/review/route.ts |

Architecture & Interaction Flow
The system is built on Next.js 15 using the App Router, providing a server-side backbone for secure GitHub interactions while offering a responsive frontend for various devices.
Data Flow for Task Delegation
The delegation workflow transforms user input into actionable GitHub Issues, which serve as the "orders" for AI agents.
The system currently supports three specific agent identities: Copilot (Purple), Claude (Orange), and Codex (Blue).

Security Roadmap & Implementation
A critical part of the project's vision is secure remote access. The implementation ensures that sensitive credentials like GITHUB_TOKEN never reach the client side, while access to the panel is strictly controlled via an ADMIN_TOKEN.
Security Layers
- HMAC Session Validation: Instead of storing raw tokens, the system uses
HMAC-SHA256(ADMIN_TOKEN, 'gencore:session:v1')for session cookies. - Edge Middleware: A
middleware.tslayer intercepts all requests (except/loginand/api/auth) to verify the HMAC signature using a timing-safe comparison. - Input Sanitization: PR numbers are validated as safe integers to prevent SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) attacks when constructing GitHub API URLs.
AI Integration Strategy
The project includes specific foundations for direct AI communication through the Anthropic SDK. While currently serving as a remote control for GitHub-based agents, the codebase includes an /api/chat route capable of direct interaction with models like claude-sonnet-4-6.
Integration Details
- Model Support: Configured for Claude Sonnet (version 4.6).
- Stateless Communication: Messages are passed as an array to maintain context during the session.
- External API Keys: Supports dynamic API key injection via the
x-api-keyheader, specifically requiring thesk-ant-prefix.

Future Considerations & Environment Configuration
The roadmap assumes a specific environment setup to function correctly. The system is designed to be deployed on Vercel, utilizing environment variables to target specific repositories.
| Variable | Description | Source |
|---|---|---|
GITHUB_TOKEN | PAT with repo scope for GitHub interactions | README.md:32-35 |
ADMIN_TOKEN | Password for accessing the Command Center | middleware.ts:5 |
NEXT_PUBLIC_REPO_OWNER | Target GitHub organization/user | app/api/prs/route.ts:4 |
NEXT_PUBLIC_REPO_NAME | Target repository (default: GentelmeN-CorE) | app/api/prs/route.ts:5 |
The project maintains a mobile-first design philosophy, specifically optimized for browsers like Brave on iPhone, ensuring operators can manage AI agents from any device.

Conclusion
The GeNCorE Command Center provides a structured, secure, and mobile-ready interface for managing AI-driven development. By centralizing task creation through GitHub Issues and PR management through a custom review interface, it establishes a robust framework for human-AI collaboration within the GentelmeN-CorE project.
